From September 1, Russian export duty on oil to increase by $20.9 to $400.7

From September 1, the Russian export duty on crude oil may increase by $20.9 to $400.7 per 1 ton, the average price of monitoring and formula calculations show. Today the export oil duty is $379.8 per ton.

As the expert of the Russian Ministry of Finance, Alexander Sakovich reported to the agency Prime, from July 15 until August 14, 2013, the average price of the monitoring made up $109.83196/barrel ($801.8 per ton). Thus, the Russian Government is likely to determine the duty at the level of $400.7/ton (taking into account the coefficient of 0.6).
