“Rosneft” left Azerbaijan without gas

“The agreement (August 13th), signed between SOCAR and Rosneft, showed how far the leading western mass-media were from the truth, saying 2 weeks before an arrival of V.Putin to Azerbaijan that the country will adjust its energy policy because of its friendship with Russia, i.e. Rosneft. The head of the Azerbaijani Centre of Oil Research, expert for oil-and-gas sector I.Shaban asserted in an interview to haqqin.az.
