Rusian Ministry of Finance might revise oil price outlook in August

In August, the Ministry of Finance may send its forecast on oil prices for reconsideration and over-estimate budget income for 2016-2018, which depend on the dynamics of prices on the energy. The Deputy Minister of Finance M.Oreshkin said.

“The parameters of the budget, in any case, will be re-calculated under the new forecast. It concerns not only oil prices, but another currency changes and another dynamics of inflation. “All these things will affect an assessment of the revenue of the budget,” Mr Oreshkin said. There will be not be any crucial changes, as the Ministry of Finance is conservative, regarding oil prices.
