The Governmental legal commission has agreed the law reducing the administrative barriers when elaborating, coordinating and executing of the state expertise of the design documents for well drilling. The document is published at the official Governmental site. They are going to make amendments to some articles of the Urban development Code excluding from the objects of expertise and the results of engineering research of design documentation for well drilling. The obligation to hold the expertise of the design documentation and the results of engineering research makes the additional administrative barrier for the subsoil users, and, concerning complicated geographic and climatic conditions,
