Ukraine has reduced oil refining to a record level

Since the beginning of 2013, the Ukraine has reduced oil refining to a record level of 1.51 million tons. The domestic capacities loading did not exceed 10%. Such result is a logical continuination of the tendency that began in 2005 from the cancelling of the duties for oil products imports and that finished with stopping of the most of oil refineries and dismissal of dozens of thousands of their personnel. However fewhave  people paid attention to this since the market indicators, the oil products price has become relatively stable, Kommersant Ukraine writes.
