Experts believe, Rosneft will start oil extraction at Arctic shelf not earlier than in 20 years.

Neither the partnership agreements and tax benefits, nor the state support can help the company. There are two main problems – in the sphere of building of extraction platforms and the building of the coastal infrastructure.

Thus, in the next few years not the oil companies but those who will bring the extraction closer can cash in on the shelf projects. Experts believe, the intention of the state company is to start the development of the Arctic shelf can result in many orders to shipbuilders, builders of platforms and geophysical equipment, project entities as well as service, building and logistics enterprises.
