Privileged shares of Surgutneftegas on Moscow stock exchange rose by 5% on news on dividends

The privileged shares of Surgutneftegas in the process of trades on the Moscow stock exchange rose by 4.83% to 39.84 roubles per share. Previously today the company’s privileged shares rose by 3%.

The growth of the company’s privileged shares followed the new that the dividends by the company’s privileged shares might rose by 3.5 times. The company’s Board of Directors recommended the shareholders to pay dividends on the results of 2014 at 8.21 roubles per privileged share, 0.65 roubles per general share.

On July 16th 2015 the list of people having the right to receive dividends will be determined. The meeting of shareholders of Surgutneftegas will take place on June 27th in Surgut.

In 2013 Surgutneftegas paid dividends by privileged shares at 2.35 roubles, 0.6 roubles per general share. Thus the dividends by the company’s general shares might rise by 8%, by privileged shares – by 3.5 times.
