Rosneft has appealed to the Russian President V. Purin with a request to help in provision of access for car gas fueling complexes to the gas transporting system, the chief of Rosneft I. Sechin says, adding that the President ordered to analyze the issue. Mr. Sechin expressed the hope that the point will be included to the protocol under the results of the session.
