In January – April, oil and oil products transporting by the Russian Railways decreased by 2.7% to 94.74 million tons, the Russian Railways report. In April, transporting was 22.024 million tons. Exports were 9.5 million tons, including 923,100 tons to the CIS and 8.59 million tons to the third states.
