Gazprom keeps developing the idea of construction of Yamal-Europe-2 gas line bypassing Ukraine.
The project of Yamal-Europe-2 is compared favorably with other projects of gas delivery to Eastern Europe due to the arrangements with Poland, the Head of Gazprom, Aleksey Miller said.
“Yamal-Europe-2 announced this year is really important for such countries as Poland, Slovakia and Hungary. Thus, its fulfillment will obviously improve the reliability and stability of gas delivery to these countries. At the same time I’d like to notice that this project has a number of important advantages”, he said.
