Lukoil to leave joint venture Caspian Investment Resources, sold 50% to Sinopec for $1.2 billion

Lukoil will sell its 50% of Caspian Investment Resources’ shares to its partner Sinopec.

“The price of the shares will be about $1.2 billion and will be adjusted as of date of the deal conclusion,” – the report notes.

The deal is expected to be concluded before the end of 2014.
