SOCAR can start Mesozoic deposits development in 4-5 years, the First Vice President for Geology, Geophysics and Development of Deposits H. Yusifzade says. Currently ConocoPhilips holds researches in connection with that. If positive results are obtained, then the process of the start of development at the onshore deposits will held less time than at the offshore deposits.
