From May 1, 2013, the export duty on crude oil may decrease by 5.8% from $401.5 per 1 ton to $378.4 per ton, the preliminary formula calculations, established by law on customs tariff regulations, show, the RBK reports, referring to the leading expert of the Russian Ministry of Finance Alexander Sakovich.
According to the monitoring of the Russian Ministry of Finance, from March 15 until April 14, 2013, the average price of the oil of the Urals grade made up $104.73763/barrel. Thus, the marginal rate of the export duty on crude oil may be $378.4/ton.
