Shell, Vitol and Eni become winners of Rosneft’s tender for oil export via ports of Ust-Luga, Primorsk and Novorossiysk

According to unofficially data, Shell, Vitol and Eni have become the winners of the Rosneft’s tender for its oil export via the ports of Ust-Luga, Primorsk and Novorossiysk in April-September. The company Gunvor again didn’t receive a contract. Last year it lost the half-yearly tender (October of 2012- March of 2013) for the first time, but before it was the main oil trader of Rosneft.
