Russian Ministry of Energy to promise to sign annual agreement on oil deliveries to Belarus before the end of the second quarter

Russia may sign the annual agreement, which will define the volumes of supplies of oil and oil products to Belarus, during the second quarter of 2013, the Russian Ministry of Energy, Alexander Novak stated, the RBK reports.
According to him, the agreemnet was signed only for the first and the second quarters, because the final volumes for the year weren’t defined.
