GMS group has put into operation high-pressure pumps at Yarudei deposit

The operation of 10 high-pressure pumps has started at the pumping station of internal and external oil and gas condensate pumping at the Yaredei deposit. The pumps were shipped by Gidromashservice JSC (GMS group) for the Yargeo project (Novatek).

The pumps are produced on the basis of the modernized line of pumps for special application and have the nominal productivity of 180 cubic m/hour and pressure of 1,050 m. Due to the unique design the characteristics of the shipped pumps exceed those of the canned pumps which in a number of cases are used at oil and gas condensate pumping with high pressure.

The pump wet end is made of corrosion-resistant steel that guarantees a long operation. The opposite location of working wheels and step bearing provide the hydraulic rotor unloading from axial force that allows to significantly increase the period of operation between repairs. Double end seals with the blocking system provide high salability of pumps that reduced the expenditure on operational and maintenance and guarantees a reliable and safe functioning of the equipment in the climatic conditions of Far North. Pumps are equipped with all the necessary control and protection systems.
