Rosatom is chastised for improper use of state budget and lot of loans

The Accounting Chamber’s auditor V.Bogomolov has revealed numerous violations during a routine check of target use of budgetary funds. The total financing of the Rosatom’s program for construction of nuclear power plants in 2009-2015 amounted to 941.8 billion rubles, 424.6 billion rubles of which were allocated by the state.
