DMKD didn’t execute production plan due to unstable functioning of blast furnaces

The Dneprovsk metallurgical plant n.a. Dzerzhinsky (DMKD) didn’t fulfill the plan for December- 2014 due to the blast furnaces.

The operation of the plant was determined by the functioning of the blast furnace shop which due to the unstable operation of blast furnaces as well as technical state of blast furnace #1 didn’t fulfill the production plan, the press service of DMKD reported.

Within a month 4 iron ore stocks with the average volume of 116.2 thousand tons were formed. The volume of the minimal stock was 104 thousand tons, of maximum stock – 124.3 thousand tons. 6,938 cars were unloaded by the dumping machine.
