Gazpromneft buys the largest Russian polymer-modified bitumen plant

Gazpromneft has bought 100% in authorized capital of Sintaz-Oil, which owns Ryazan pilot petrochemical products plant. The acquisition of this asset will allow the company to take leadership in the production of polymer bituminous materials for construction of roads in Russia, the Gazpromneft’s press centre reported.
