RusHydro has completed the testing of pressure pipeline of Zaragizhsky hydro power plant

​The testing of the travel crane of the Zaragizhsky water power plant and hydraulic tests of the pressure pipeline of the plant have been completed.

The crane with the lifting capacity of 63 tons will be used for the equipment repair.

The hydraulic test stand was used to make pressure on the lifting mechanism of the crane.

Simultaneously the hydraulic tests of the pressure pipeline of the Zaragizhsky water power plant were completed. They connect the head pond with the building of the Zaragizhsky water power plant.

The pipeline was loaded with pumps, the pressure of 7.4 mPa was formed there with the working pressure of 4.5 mPa. All the parameters of the equipment meet the requirements of the normative and technical documentation.

Now all the works at the derivation channels and wastewater outlet are over. The assembly and start-up of equipment are coming to the end.
