Vladimir Putin: Rosneft can get the money of National Welfare Fund but the volume and the terms need detailed elaboration and no stir will be in making of the decision

The president of Russia Vladimir Putin thinks that Rosneft can get money from the National Welfare Fund but the volume and the terms need detailed elaboration. He has spoken about the point with the Cabinet of Ministers and Rosneft's management. The Government will make the decision concerning not only the needs of the company but its economics as well, the investment purposes and the contribution to economy of the whole state after the investment. ‘No stir will be in the making of the decision’, he claims. In his opinion, it’s normal that Rosneft has appealed to the Fund for the money. He states that Rosneft does not have any financial difficulties. If the company needs additional money then it should prove that the money will be spent for concrete purposes and should show the contribution not only for the company but for the whole state.
