Vladimir Putin has to interfere in the reform of the Far Eastern Zvezda

As the Kommersant has got to know, the development model of "super shipyard" Zvezda, which has been constructed in the Far East over the last five years, could change radically. Vladimir Putin has criticized the builders of the shipyard, headed by Rosneft, for lack of a clear and definite order book with sources of project financing. As a result, now the Ministry of Industry proposes to make the shipyard more "compact" by optimizing its product line. The reasonability of construction of tankers and gas carriers, which originally were to become the foundation of the portfolio, is called into question, i.e. now the former "super shipyard" will produce oil rigs and repair ships.
