Rosneft to take part in the creation of oil refinery in China

The Board of Directors of Eastern Petrochemical company (JV of Rosneft and CNPC) has approved the feasibility study of oil refinery construction project in the city of Tianjin (China).
Rosneft’s head I.Sechin took part at the meeting of the Board. The members of the Board have taken a decision to carry out an optimization of an oil processing part of the plant and a complex on the production of aromatic hydrocarbons of 1.4 million tons a year capacity on paraxylol before the end of February 2015.
