Elga coal complex switches to year-round mode of operation

Elga coal complex of Mechel has completed the switch of a seasonal concentrator to the year-round operation. In November 2014, the plant reached the capacity of 2.7 million tons of raw coal (2.3 million tons of finished coal products) per year, Mechel reports.
