The production capacity of the Russian oil processing plants will approximately make up 400 million tons a year by 2020.
There has been built and reconstructed 33 large oil processing plants since 2011. Their production capacity is over 1 million tons a year. The capacity of the Russian oil refineries is to increase by 125 million tons a year before 2020, while the depth of processing will increase from 71.3% to 90%.
