“Gazprom Neft” tests associated gas use technology in Omsk region

Pilot operation of soft steam reforming unit started in the south-western part of the Krapivinskoye deposit.

Wide light hydrocarbon fraction (derivative products of associated gas and gas condensate), contained in the produced associated petroleum gas, will be processed into gas, which is used for the needs of power generation, or sent to a pipeline for further transportation to consumers with the help of this technology, the press service of the regional Ministry of Industry states.
