Russian FAS terminates exchange case against Independent Oil and Gas Company

The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia has stopped the administrative case against the Independent Oil and Gas Company (NNC) of Eduard Khudaynatov for violations, related to failure to provide information on off-exchange transactions for the sale of petroleum products ton the St. Petersburg International Commodity Exchange (SPIMEX), the Service reports.
