Ritek’s shareholder to discuss merger of Samara-Nafta and Volganeft

The shareholders of Ritek (one of Lukoil’s producing subsidiaries) will discuss the reorganization of the company with merger of Samara-Nafta and Volganeft at the extraordinary meeting on Wednesday, the company reports.
The register of shareholders was closed on July 2. The agenda includes questions on the reorganization of Ritek by the joining of Samara-Nafta and Volganeft to it, including the approval of contracts on the joining of Samara-Nafta to Ritek. The shareholders will also discuss the increase of Ritek’s authorized capital by the placement of additional ordinary personal shares.
