"We have slightly delayed the construction of oil and gas and petrochemical complex (OGPC). For this reason, we decided to carry out reconstruction works at the Heydar Aliyev oil refinery and to extend its operations till 2030". This was reported by president of SOCAR Rovnag Abdullayev.
