Russian FAS sends warning letters on pipes purchase to Gazprom

The Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia (FAS) has sent warning letters to Gazprom’s leadership on formation of lots in the purchase of large-diameter pipes; if there is no reaction, the anti-monopoly investigation will be able to be initiated before the end of the summer, Secretary of State and deputy head of the FAS Andrei Tsarikovsky told reporters.
