A billionaire R.Abramovich invested $9.75 million into Propell Technologies via his fund Ervington Investments. Kommersant writes citing the company.
The fund of R.Abramovich acquired 1.5 million privileged shares of the company before with an option for purchase of 2.97 million of preferred shares, which has been realized.
