Bratsk ferroalloys plant increased production by 6% in Q1

Bratsk ferroalloys plant Ltd (in the structure of Mechel group) in Q1 2015 increased the production of ferrosilicon by 6% against Q1 2014 to 22.34 thousand tons, the press service reports.
“Due to the growth of a dollar’s exchange rate, the price for ferrosilicon in Q1 rose by 86% that positively influenced on the financial-economic results of the Bratsk ferroalloys plant: the revenue from the sale rose by 93% against Q1 2014 and made up 1.63 bln roubles”, is reported.
Bratsk ferroalloys plant doesn’t release its H1 results.
