The start of drilling of the prospecting well Novo-Mechebilovskaya-100 in the Kharkov region in the Ukraine within the bounds of the agreement about joint operation between Shell and Ukragazdobycha is postponed for 2 months, the Deputy Governor of the Kharkov region Y. Sapronov says. Now the drilling machine operates at another prospecting well, Belyavskaya-400.
