Bashneft to drill wells with help of Schlumberger innovations

Bashneft opened an innovation centre in Ufa to provide for the smart support of its drilling works in Bashkortostan and the Nenets autonomous district in real-time mode. The centre has been constructed by French Schlumberger. Bashneft has invested 165 million RUR.

In compliance with the press release of Schlumberger, the main goal of the centre is the increase of the efficiency of borehole drilling due to modern drill monitoring. These technologies represent the efficient source of reliable and precise information for the making of managerial decisions. The centre will also provide for the handling, control and analysis of incoming data.
