Sakhalin-1 successfully completes drilling of the longest well in the world due to ExxonMobil’s technology

Rosneft within the consortium of the Sakhalin-1 project has successfully completed drilling the longest hole in the world at the Chayvo field, the company reports.
The well has the largest depth of the trunk in the world, it is 13 500 m, and the horizontal section of trunk with length of 12 033 m.
