Oil extraction countries might postpone negotiations for April

​The meeting of OPEC and independent producers is likely to be postponed for April, Bloomberg reported referring to a few delegates of OPEC.

4 representatives of OPEC said that the negotiations are not expected in March.

No countries – potential participants of the meeting have received the official invitations.

The meeting might not be held at all if the majority of countries don’t agree to freeze oil production at the January level.

The Minister of Energy of Russia, A. Novak, said that the date and place of the meeting hadn’t been determined.
