Surgutneftegaz and Tatneft reach the 95% APG utilization level, required by the State

The necessary APG utilization level – 95% - is reached by only two Russian companies - Surgutneftegaz and Tatneft, the Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Natural Resources, Environmental Management and Ecology Vladimir Kashin stated at the session on March, 13. Rosneft and Gazpromneft are outsiders of the sector in terms of the associated gas use.
