RusHydro starts placing 07 and 08 bonds at the amount of 20 billion rubles, the first coupon rate makes up 8.5% per annum

Today RusHydro starts placing 07 and 08 bonds at the amount of 20 billion rubles. On February 8, 2013 RusHydro stopped accepting the applications from investors in the framework of placing of two funded bonds of 07 and 08 series with nominal volume of 10 billion rubles each for 5 year-term by the offer (redemption of securities by the issuer under a request of investors) and determined the amount of the coupon rate in the volume of 8.5% per annum.

Sberbank SIB is appointed as technical underwriter. The placing is organized by Sberbank SIB, VTB-Capital CJSC and Svyaz-bank Plc. The co-organizers are UniCredit bank, The Baltic Financial Agency and Globexbank. Binbank is the underwriter of the issue. The placing order is specified by the decisions about emission of securities coordinated with the Board of Directors of RusHydro on October 30, 2012. The bond issues were registered by Russian FFMS on December 27, 2012 (the state registration numbers are 4-07-55038-E and 4-08-55038-Е). The nominal value of each bond makes up 1 thousand rubles.

RusHydro Group is one of the largest Russian energy holdings uniting more than 70 renewable power generation objects in the RF and abroad. The total capacity of RusHydro’s power plants makes up 36.5 GW.
