In 2015, RN-Uvatneftegaz increased oil production by 10% to 11 million tons

In 2015, RN-Uvatneftegaz, a subsidiary of Rosneft increased the production by 10% as compared to the same period of the previous year to 11 million tons, the oil company reports.
The increase in the production growth was the result of a package of actions. As part of the Uvat project 73 new wells with the total production of more than 7 thousand tons per day were launched in 2015. Three new fields – the Protozanovskoee, South-Gavrikovskoe and field n.a. Malyk – were launched. In addition, the company started to drill the first production wells at the West-Epasskoye field. It is expected that the oil production at the field will begin in early 2016.
