The Russian Government has recommended state-owned companies to reduce their investments. The decline in investment is a trend of yesterday already. According to the newspaper, the Ministry of Economic Development estimates the reduction in investments in fixed assets in 2014 by 2.8% (to 13.394 trillion rubles). In 2015, it is expected to fall by 3.5% more (13.738 trillion rubles).
