Another rotation of the Gutserievs in Russneft

A son of the President and founder of Russneft, M. Gutseriev, S. Gutseriev, has entered the company’s Board of Directors instead of the co-owner and President of Binbank, M. Shishkhanov, who is a nephew of M. Gutseriev.
On December 17th 2014 S. Gutseriev entered the Board of Directors of Russneft instead of the excluded M. Shishkhanov.
The meeting of the company’s shareholders, at which S. Gutseriev was accepted, considered the issues of the preliminary termination of powers of the members of the existing Board and election of a new Board.
