Over the last year Employees of the RF Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostekhnadzor) had revealed more than 20 serious violations at the Moscow Oil Refinery (JSC "Gazprom Neft-MOR"), the sources in the department informed "the Izvestiya" . According to the newspaper, during the reconstruction of the workshops the company did not comply with technological regulations, many unit do not have appropriate permissions for commissioning.
