Gazpromneft may buy oil products transshipment complex at Novorossiysk port

The Board of Directors of “Gazpromneft” is about to discuss the purchase of 100% in OOO “Novorosnefteservice” and OOO “Novorossiysk oil transshipping complex” by OOO “Gazpromneft Marin Bunker”, Gazpromneft’s subsidiary, on Friday.
Both assets form a unified complex of light and dark oil products transshipment for export and bunker market, launched at the Novorossiysk transport cluster in 2012. The production capacities allow transshipping up to 500 thousand tons of oil products a year. The complex is part of “Delo” Group of Companies.
