The Board of Directors of Gazprom Neft approved purchase by NIS of 55% in Panchevo free zone. NIS explains that participation in the managing company will provide it with the right for beneficial taxation and customs mode that is a wide spread practice for the industrial investors in Serbia. The benefits will help the Gazprom Neft’s subsidiary to optimize investment to the oil refinery reconstruction in Panchevo. Now 11 Serbian investors use the practice.
