The 40 millionth ton of oil is produced at the Uvat project

RN-Uvatneftegaz (the Rosneft’s subsidiary) has extracted the 40 millionth ton of oil at the Uvat project, the company reported.
The first Uvat oil in industrial volumes was received at the Kalchinskoye field in 1992, RN-Uvatneftegaz reports. In February of 2009, two new fields were launched – the Urnenskoye and Usa-Tegusskoye fields. Currently the oil production is carried out at 7 fields.
