Ukrnafta reduces oil production by 12% and gas – by 9% because of inertia of the State Subsoil Use Department

In January-September of 2017, Ukrnafta produced 1.04 million tons of oil, which is by 104 thousand tons or 9% lower than the level of the previous year.
