RN-Uvatneftegas put into operation 2 new deposits
RN-Uvatneftegas Ltd, affiliate of Rosneft, has started the industrial operation of new deposits in the south of the Tyumen region – South-Gavrikovky and Malyka deposits – which are in the structure of the Eastern Center of Development.
The deposits are located on the territory of the Ust-Teguss license site, their total recoverable reserves make up over 11 mln tons of oil. The existing infrastructure of the Eastern Center of Development allowed to put into operation the deposits at the accelerated rates.
The average initial oil output of 12 already drilled wells makes up 111 tons a day. The total fund of wells at the deposits is planned to increase to 83 units.
The Eastern Center of Development of the Uvat project comprises 5 oil deposits – Urnensky, Ust-Teguss, South-Gavrikovsky, n.a. Malyka, the being explored West-Epassky. In 2014 the company extracted over 8.5 mln tons of oil at these deposits. The daily output at the deposits of the Eastern Center of Development is about 27.5 thousand tons.
The launch of new deposits is a part of the large-scale program of development of the Uvat project that presupposes the launch of 9 deposits in total.
