Alekperov’s company has bought 527,800 stocks in Lukoil for $25 million

Grindale Investments Ltd affiliated with the chief of Lukoil V. Alekperov has bought 527,788 stocks in Lukoil for $25.27 million. The transaction were executed on November 6.
They reported before that the chief of Lukoil V. Alekperov bought Lukoil stocks for $9.3 million on September 19, and for $20.6 million on September 9.
The company’s authorized capital is 21,264,081.375 rubles shared to 850,563,255 equal nominal stocks with face value of 0.025 rubles each.
