Vietnam can grant tax benefits to the project for Dung Quat oil refinery upgrading with Gazprom Neft's participation, this was inr the statement about the further strengthening of the relations of the strategic partnership between Russia and Vietnam.
The statement was agreed as one of the results of the visit of the Russian President V. Putin. Dung Quat oil refinery located in Central Vietnam is the only active oil refinery in the state. On Tuesday. Gazprom Neft and Petrovietnam closed the framework agreement about broadening and upgrading of the enterprise.
