Rosneft to grant a loan for 74 billion rubles to Itera

Rosneft will grant a three-year loan, which amount with interests is 73.96 billion rubles to its gas subsidiary Itera.
“The lender is Rosneft, the borrower is Itera; the amount of the loan is 58 792 011 thousand rubles, the total amount of the deal with interests is 73 960 350 thousand rubles; the amount makes up 1.61% of the balance value of Rosneft’s assets as of September the30th,” – the report says.
